What you need to know

Therapyonline.co.za charges purely for a booking fee. The therapist will bill you directly for the session.

Yes .

After the session the psychologist will send you an invoice with all the correct medical aid information that you can submit your medical aid.

Yes.

As long as you re-schedule 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will not be charged a booking fee. To change booking Click Here

No.

If you cancel your appointment you will need to pay the booking fee again.  

As session is between 51 minutes to 60 minutes. 

Zoom.

We offer our sessions on zoom. However if you are unable to use zoom we can make alternative arrangements.

We use our business account to connect .

Zoom Link 

When your booking is confirmed we will send you via email the link and password to connect to the zoom. Assuming you have already installed zoom you would need to just click on the link 

Yes.

You will need to download and install zoom onto your device

Yes

As long as you have a smart phone that can download the zoom platform then you may attend the zoom session from your phone. However we strongly recommend you rather use a laptop/desktop or Ipad

Unfortunately being an online session we can only guarantee the therapists connectivity . If you cannot attend the session due to problems on your side the therapist will re-schedule the appointment . If the therapist cannot attend the session due to issues beyond their control, you will not be billed and the session will be re-scheduled

The therapist will attempt to make contact with you either via your contact number or email supplied in the registration process and an alternative means of having your session will be supplied were possible.

If you cannot for reason out of both the therapist or the customers control, you will be refunded or your appointment will be re-scheduled.
